Description
Plate 6, from: The Large Passion. A strong, early, slightly over-inked Meder I b impression, before the text edition of 1511. The crack starting at the bottom and extending into the undergarment of the large man is already indicated. With narrow margins. – The upper right corner repaired and redrawn. Two small tears on the right edge. The lower corners are mounted on the backing. The paper has minimal brown spots. The upper corners with paper damage and slight crease marks, due to a former mounting. Verso remains and traces of former mounting. Well preserved for the size of the sheet.
