Description
A fine impression of the cut-down plate, with touches of drypoint on the face and the moustache, and the shaded background behind the head, trimmed to the platemark. – The corners backed with fine Japan paper on the verso due to paper defects, partly filled in with ink. A small restored paper flaw at the upper right edge, a small restored spot in the area of the forehead, otherwise in good condition.
