A good, silvery early impression, cut to the borderline, with a fillet of blank paper on three sides. Before the address ‘ANTWERPIAE in signi aurei fontis prope novam borsam Martini Petri exc.’ in the lower right which is found in later editions. – Isolated light brown spots, vertical flattened crease mark, with paper rubbing on recto. Scattered fold marks on the back. Lower right corner made up. Two closed tears on the upper edge. Upper left corner made up. Borderline traced with black ink. Small skillfully repaired paper tears in places, paper thinning on the reverse and traces and remnants of a former mounting. Otherwise still in good condition.
